He was predeceased by: his parents, William Robert and Mary Gresham (Morrow). He is survived by: his brother Carson "Bones" Gresham; his children, James Gresham, Nancy Alfaro and Patrick Gresham (Kim); his friends, Paul and Pat Norbury; and his niece Ann Gresham. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and a plethora of nieces, nephews.
