He was predeceased by: his wife Evelyn Hill Eifert; his stepson Fenwick Hill Garvey; and his grandchildren, Mark Glenwood Garvey and Ryman Glenmont Garvey. He is survived by: his stepson Glenwood L. Garvey; his daughters-in-law, Marya Ann Garvey, Anne Marie Garvey and Nancy Garvey; and his grandchildren, Scott Glenwood Garvey, Todd Glenwood Garvey, Fenwick Hill Garvey II, Kelly Gwin Higgins and Ashlan Glenmont Garvey.
