“It is with sadness that I found this notice today and also discovered that her husband, Jerry passed 3 months prior. We tried to reach out to her last fall to no avail. We are the nephew and niece (in law) of Phyllis. My husband’s mother and her were sisters. She loved her husband, loved Prescott, loved her dogs. I only hope and pray she will be remembered for her service to the community. Just really sad to not have been able to say I love you and so long. May they both rest in peace.”
