He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Butitta and Stella Butitta; his significant other Diana W. Butitta; his siblings, Rosalie Guzzo, Joe Butitta, Sam Butitta and Jim Butitta; and his siblings-in-law, Tom Guzzo, Russ Verona, Jeanne Butitta and Phyllis Butitta.
He is survived by: his wife Diana Winn; his sister Mary Ann Verona; and his sister-in-law Julie Butitta of Illinois. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and close loving friends.
In lieu of flowers, Matt would appreciated if donations were made to the Yavapai County Mounted Sheriff's Posse scholarship fund in his memory, PO Box 95, Prescott, AZ 86302 or to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
