She is survived by: her husband Jack Blocker; her son Doug; her daughter-in-law Ruth Blocker; her grandchild Michele; her great grandchildren, Trenton Blocker (Taylor), Aubrey Blocker, Shelby Blocker and Ashley Blocker; and also Lori Blocker. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
