He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvin Newton Looper and Wona Belle McNorton (Looper). He is survived by: his wife Lana Mae Looper; his children, Jimmie Floyd Looper, Jr., Tamra Kelly (Thomas) and Kasey Looper; his grandchildren, Tad Bryant (Dayna), Brittany Looper, Taytum Vermilyea (Luke), Cole Looper, Brawley Rio Looper and Saige Looper; and his brother Danny Looper. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
