It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James E. Cooper (Prescott, Arizona), born in Worthington, Kentucky, who passed away on May 21, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Simuel Cooper and Gracie Eldora Hamm Cooper; and his former wife Lorene Blair Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Jane Clouse Cooper of Prescott, AZ. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and dear friends.
