He was predeceased by: his parents, Adrienne Palmer and John Palmer. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Marietta Palmer of Tempe; his sister Lana Weaver of Springfield, Oregon.; his wife Bonnie; his sons, Steven Palmer and Jack M. Palmer; his brother John; his grandchildren, Margaret, Jack and Michelle; and his great grandchildren, Cheyenne and Gloria.
