She is survived by: her parents, Jacob M. Quamme and Anna K. Quamme; her siblings, Buelah and Joseph; her spouse James R. Corwin; her children, Mark, Lana and Clay; her granddaughter Linda Compton; and her great grandchildren, Jonalyn Compton and Zane Compton.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Helen's name to the Blythe Cancer Resource Center, P.O. Box 1266, Blythe, CA 92226.
