He was predeceased by: his father Gary Leo Preston. He is survived by: his mother Susie Jean Preston of Orem; and his siblings, David Lavar, Sarah Sue Preston, Elizabeth Jean Crandell Preston (John) of Orem and Rachael Leigh Anderson (Jason). He is also survived by his 6 nieces and 3 nephews.
