He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis Scarbrough; and his brothers, Floyd and Lloyd Chandler. He is survived by: his sons, Kevin, Clint (Mary Aguilar-Chandler) and Jeff (Mary Beth); his grandchildren, Phillip, Kathleen, Sarah, Samantha Chandler, Savannah Chandler, Ashley Dragan, Harlow and Freddie Aguilar; and his great grandchildren, Micheal and Maya Dragan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
