He is survived by: his wife Genevieve Benstrom; his children, Kimberly (Tom), Kristina (Robert), Kelly (Jack) and Kirk (Roxann); and his grandchildren, Erin McCarty (Zach Love), R. J. Rick, Kerry Rick (Kristin), Dean Mattox, Mitchell Mattox and Cal.
