She is survived by: her friend Marlis Shamblin; her daughters, Cathy Cooke (Jim), Theresa Marsh of Chino Valley and Sarah Jackson (Paul) of Vancouver, Washington; her grandchildren, Jeremy Lambert, Christopher Cooke, Erin Cooke, Larissa Straily and Daniel Straily (Amanda); her great grandchildren, Andrea Rainey, Leslie Lambert, Jayden Lambert, Bailey Lambert and Jaxon Straily; and her brothers, Raymond Putnam (Helen) and John Putnam.
