He is survived by: his wife Trudy; his son Andrew Sylvester (Juvy); his grandchildren, Baily and PJ; his daughters, Patsy Lestikow (Jeff) and Jessica Sanchez (David); his grandchildren, Dillon, Emma, Derek, Amanda and Josh; his sister Phyllis Hale; his nephew Reece Johnston; and his nieces, Connie Hale-Barrett, Theresa Johnston and Chris Johnston. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
