He is survived by: his children, Dixie, Jack Jr., Mandy and Cheryl; his son-in-law Jeff; his sisters, Nina and Elizabeth; and his sister-in-law Peggy. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
