He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Lucille Rowley; his son Charles Rowley; his parents, Charles Rowley and Jeanette Rowley; his children, Therese, Steve Stover, Robert Rowley, Catherine, Alan Chesnovitz, John Rowley and Clare Rowley; his grandchildren, Meika, Warren Franz, Marie, Justin Crouch, Michelle Berckes, Vincent Rowley, Jenne, Robert Settles, Morgan, Thomas Alger, Monica and Austin Kaimalia; and his great grandchildren, Biba Franz, Charlotte Crouch, Juliette Crouch, Thomas Alger, Joseph Crouch and Bridgette Alger.
