He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Medrano and Abundia Medrano; his wife Estella Medrano; his children, Yolanda Moreno Martinez and Andres Medrano Jr.; and his siblings, Lupe Medrano, Lola Carlos and Juan Frias.
He is survived by: his children, Sylvia Medrano, Oscar Medrano and Eddie Medrano (Dorothy); his siblings, Benita Ruiz (Jivaro), Mauro Medrano (Lupita), Minnie Chavez and Aurora Sandoval (Kiki); and his grandchildren, Xavier, Louie, Victor, Gricelda, Gilbert, Camille, Vernae, Krystal, Ashley, Christine and Danielle.
Face masks are required for all attending. Due to ongoing COVID-19 concerns there will not be a reception after the burial.
