He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Smith and Gertrude Smith of Elizabeth, PA. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Smith (Calabrese); and his children, Isaac (Rachel) of South Carolina, Brian (Stacey), Thomas of Fort Worth, TX, Tamara Arcuri (Joseph) of Chandler, AZ and Brent of Lakeside, AZ.. He is also survived by 15 Grandchildren and 15 Great grandchildren along with nieces and nephews.
