He was predeceased by: his brother Parnell Craig Declay; and his grandparents, Bobbie Stover and Spencer Declay. He is survived by: his parents, Patricia Declay and Merlow Declay; and his siblings, Leander Fall, Marla Declay, Alan Declay and Mirai Walker. He is also survived by his grandparents, family and relatives.
