It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bernard Thomas Burba of Pinetop, Arizona, born in Waukegan, Illinois, who passed away on November 18, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Burba and Margaret Burba (Schardt); and his wife Carole (Vaclavek). He is survived by: his children, Peggy Hazard (Mike), Laura Hagerty (Mike), Thomas (Maggie), David (Alice) and Susan Latin. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.

To honor Bernie's memory, donations may be made to his favorite charities, Primavera Foundation or St. Jude's.
