He was predeceased by: his parents, Pablo Rodriguez and Jesusita Castillo Rodriguez; and his siblings, Polly Garcia, Petra Mungia, Martin, Miguel Rodriguez and Toni Romero.
He is survived by: his wife Ophelia Rodriguez; and his children, Patsy, Daniel, Bobby and Diane. He is also survived by grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.
