He was predeceased by: his parents, Aurora Perez and Felix Perez; his wife Celia Perez; and his son Roy Perez. He is survived by: his children, Rafael Perez Jr. Saul Perez, Frank Garcia, Paola Perez and Becky Parrish (Seth). He is also survived by 23 grandchildren.
