In loving memory of Vera Marie Jakubicek of Phoenix, Arizona, who departed this world on July 13, 2024 at the age of 91. Vera Marie leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mike Bursik and Mary Bursik (Chabica); and her husband Joseph Jakubicek. She is survived by: her children, Christine Smith (Brian) and Joseph (Jeannette); her grandsons, Jason Patrick-Smith (Allison), Ryan Smith and Logan Smith; and her sister Rose Foster. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to the building fund of Corpus Christi Catholic Church.
