He is survived by: his wife Jennifer; his children, Lincoln and Charlie; his father Douglas Epley; his siblings, Justin Epley (Jessica) and Kelly Collier; his aunts, Nancy Andrews and Dawn Hopkins (Steve); his uncle Dennis Epley (Sandy); his niece Amara Collier; and his nephew Jordan Collier.
