She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Bivens and Gertrude "Trudy" Bivens; her son Chris Provant; and her brothers, Michael Bivens and Wayne Bivens.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Provant, Ronald Provant, Kelly Manuel, Jayme Simms and Sharrie Simms; and her stepdaughter Nicole Long. She is also survived by her 15 Grandchildren and 13 Great-Grandchildren.
