He was predeceased by: his father Rogelio Cortez Medellin. He is survived by: his children, Quetzalli, Tlaloc, Zenón, Ximena and Luisa Cortez; and his wife Karla Cortez.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Whitney & Murphy Bueler Mortuary (14 W Hulet Dr, Chandler, AZ 85225). A rosary will be held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Mountain View Lutheran Church (11002 S 48th St, Phoenix, AZ 85044).
