He is survived by: his wife Lela Mae Lacapa; his children, Felicia (JJ Morris), Lindsey Lacapa and Bryant Lacapa; his grandchildren, Latina Ethelbah, Zeke Ethelbah and Jade Ethelbah; and his siblings, Andrew Lacapa, Duane Lacapa, Bennett Lacapa, Andrea Benavente (Roman) and Stephanie Burnette (Albert).
