He was predeceased by: his parents, John Robert Hall and Jeanette Darlene Nelson Hall of Grand Junction, CO.. He is survived by: his sons, John Edgar Hall (Phoenix) and Christopher Lee Hall; his former wife Cynthia Marie Murphy Hall; his grandchildren, Joshua, Alyssa and Jaxin Hall; his siblings, Mike Hall, Teresa Mosher and Lila Kenward; and his caregivers, Megan, Amy and Sherry. He is also survived by nieces and nephews along with many other family members and close friends.
