He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert M. Foster and Juanita Foster. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie; his children, Suzanne English (Scott) and Stephen Foster; his grandchildren, Will and Cate Schneider; and his sisters, Sue Davis (Conrad), Nancy Ricketts and Linda Foster.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Hansen Mortuary (8314 N 7th St, Phoenix, AZ 85020). A reception will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
