Richard Melvin Skaggs Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 7, 2019, at the age of 82, Richard Melvin Skaggs (Phoenix, Arizona), born in Hammond, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Judy; his children, Debra Bock (Michael) and Bob (Kathleen Andereck); and his grandchildren, Douglas Bock (Kacee) and Melissa Giaccio (David). He was also cherished by three great-grandsons.
