He is survived by: his wife Claudia (Pittenger); his sister Carol Kozlowski (Vicki Smith); and his siblings-in-law, Betty Cooper (Jim), Jean Scott and Steve Pittenger (Shannon). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale.
