He is survived by: his siblings, Marshall Mullins (Diane) of Fairview, NC, Matt Mullins of Windham, OH, Rebecca Caufield of Ann Arbor, MI and Rachel Mathew (Rick) of Citrus Springs, FL; his caregiving home providers, Tad and Ginnet Lonsako; and also, Ephraim and Joshua Lonsako. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
