He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Dixson and Mary Dixson (Mullins); and his sister Mary Jeanne Steers. He is survived by: his siblings, Marshall Mullins (Diane) of Fairview, NC, Matt Mullins of Windham, OH, Rebecca Caufield of Ann Arbor, MI and Rachel Mathew (Rick) of Citrus Springs, FL; his caregiving home providers, Tad and Ginnet Lonsako; and also, Ephraim and Joshua Lonsako. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home (4800 E Indian School Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85018). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the West Resthaven Park Cemetery (6450 W Northern Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301).
