With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nettie Lee Welch of Phoenix, Arizona, born in Spiro, Oklahoma, who passed away on November 1, 2024 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Palestine and Martha Malissie Barnes; her husband Ted L. Welch; her granddaughter Sandra Kay Welch; and her brothers, Carlson, J. R. and Clendon Barnes.

She is survived by: her children, Ted L. Welch II (Margaret), Roxie L. Panza, Stuart A. Welch and Kevin D. Welch; her grandchildren, Dean Panza, Monica Berger, Wendy Agunzo and Tyrel Welch; and her sisters, Earline Dillion, Glorice Reed and Catherine Tharp.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Green Acres Mortuary and Cemetery (401 N Hayden Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85257).
