She was predeceased by: her parents, James Elmo and Janey Marie Farley (Yancey); her sister Alice Adell Farley; her son Roger David Puckett; and her aunt Julia York.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry Horn of Phoenix, Arizona; her daughters, Penny Gilbert and Terry Tuznik of Phoenix, Arizona; and her grandchildren, Elizabeth, David Puckett, Katie, Ricky Tuznik and Sid Gilbert. She is also survived by many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
