We are sad to announce that on November 7, 2024, at the age of 75, Mark David Siletchnik (Phoenix, Arizona) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Siletchnik and Edith Siletchnik; and his grandchildren, Alaina, Lauren, Ari, Alexander and Colin.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Lange Siletchnik; his son Dustin Siletchnik; his sisters, Gail Siletchnik of Middletown, RI and Karen Grimes (Mark) of DeLand, FL; and his siblings-in-law, Nancy LaPlant (Ken) of Porterfield, WI, Joyce Gerdes Bitters (LeRoy) of Tucson, AZ, Carol Ghonsuli of Green Bay, WI, Steve Brazeau (Laura Burke) of Oconto, WI, Franklin Brazeau of Oconto, WI and Michael Brazeau of Green Bay, WI.. He is also survived by cousins, nieces/nephews, great-nieces/nephews, many friends.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona (2929 E Pinnacle Peak Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85024).
