She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Fassel and Anna Fassel; her husband Edward "Big Ed" Hoffarth; her daughter Diane Hoffarth; her sister Patricia "Patti" DiSarno; and her grandson Jason Hoffarth.

She is survived by: her children, Michael, Patrick, Matthew, Christopher Hoffarth, Nancy Whelpley and Elaine Krug; and her siblings, Joanne Yox and Joseph "Butch" Fassel.
