He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Brooks, Jr. and Katherine Mary Brooks (Kozonek). He is survived by: his wife Janice Brooks (Engle); his daughters, Kristen, Katherine "Kate" and Jillian Brooks; and his son-in-law Kevin Bailey.
