It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kurt Allan Chambers (Phoenix, Arizona), born in San Bernardino, California, who passed away on October 18, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his children, Chris, Alicia and Jacob; and his sister Kathi. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren.
