“I met Karen while buying items in the aircraft parts store she owned, Aerozona Parts, back in 2014. Her wealth of knowledge of all things airplane parts was only, maybe, second to her husband Bill's knowledge. But the best part of seeing her when I was in her store was her enthusiasm and her always bright and cheerful demeanor. She was the most unpretentious soul I have ever met, and the most caring. The world will be a sadder place without her and her infectious laugh.”
