She is survived by: her husband Robert E. Van Horn; her children, William (Bill), Robert (Bob), Bryan and Cindy; her brother Danny Hunsicker; her sister-in-law Sheila Hunsicker; and her sister Christine Martin. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
