It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jerry Lee Ketelhut Sr. of Phoenix, Arizona, born in Benton Harbor, Michigan, who passed away on February 6, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Jerry Lee may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Jerry Lee touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He is survived by: his children, Vicki Sharp (Jim), Arlene Ynzunza (Joe) and Jerry Ketelhut-Toleu (Jeff); and also Ila. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM and from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Shadow Rock Church (12861 N 8th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85029). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the West Resthaven Park Cemetery (6450 W Northern Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301).
