He was predeceased by: his father Paul Matejcik. He is survived by: his mother Carol Matejcik (Endres); his siblings, John (Jennifer), Ann Freeze (Ron) and Amy Snyder (Ron); his sons, Aaron (Jill) and Alexander (Elizabeth); and his grandsons, Paul, Ignatius and Jude.
