We are sad to announce that on March 1, 2025, at the age of 72, Janice Gail Peyak in Phoenix, Arizona, born in Akron, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Peyak and Dorothy Peyak. She is survived by: her siblings, Nancy Jensen (Gary), Paula Peyak, Carol Ann Frederick (Ed) and Bobby Peyak (Martha); and her nieces and nephews, Andrew Jensen (Misty), Eric Jensen (Sarah), Aimee Boland (Jeremiah) and Eddie Frederick (Monica). She is also survived by numerous great nephews and nieces, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cuyahoga Valley National Parks or the Humane Society of Summit County.
