It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jane Eubanks (Phoenix, Arizona), who passed away on September 9, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Ponticell (Bill) and Ellen Ponticell (Vinje); her sister Gayle (Aylward); her husband John AnDrew Eubanks; her grandson John Eubanks (Jay); her children, Kristen and Jay; and her grandson Adlai.
In lieu of flowers, we are asking for donations to the Kyrene Foundation that serves the community Jane lived and taught in.
