We are sad to announce that on December 25, 2023, at the age of 89, Harriet J. Waters in Phoenix, Arizona passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parent Harriet WatersA.

She also donated to causes that she felt needed help, so in lieu of flowers we are asking in her memory to donate to any animal shelter/organization because she did what she could do to help and to Hospice of the Valley since they were there at the end helping us with her.
