He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Katherine. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Alston; his children, Brenda Alston Koosed and Charles William Alston; his son-in-law Charles J. Koosed; his siblings, Margret Emerson, Maryann Quaing and Wesley Alston; his grandchildren, Elliott William Alston, Ian Thomas Alston, Abigail Ruth Alston, Olivia Marie Alston, Samuel Alston Koosed and Ethan Alston Koosed; and his sister-in-law Susan Parkin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
