He is survived by: his wife Helen Ciba; his daughters, Karen Stephenson (Chad) and Kristen Ciba (Jena Little); his grandsons, Benjamin, Matthew and Nathan; his siblings, Janet Mohler (Tom) and Rob Ciba; and his sister-in-law Joan Mickelson. He is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews.
