He is survived by: his brother Rev. Delano Bowman; his children, Denise Bowman, Monique Bowman, Fred Bowman, Jr. (Clarie), Scott Bowman (Tori) and Erika Bowman; his grandchildren, Justin, Jerryd, Imani, Tori, Ayla, Anika and Qwynci; and his great grandchildren, Jurni, Justice and Joy. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
