He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest and Margit (Nagy); and his wife Patricia Ann "Pat" Ackerman. He is survived by: his sons, Paul and John; his grandchildren, Josalyn Kammeyer (Norris) and Elizabeth Norris; and his great grandchildren, Jordan King, Kierstin Kammeyer, Delaney Kammeyer and Harper Kammeyer.
