She is survived by: her children, Allison Holmes, Robert Holmes (Dan Kaepplinger), Douglas Holmes (Sandra) and Marie Vette; her grandchildren, Kelsey Polk (Patrick), Zach Irish, Jennifer Vargas, Nicole Vargas, Anthony Vargas and Sohpia Holmes; her great grandchildren, Nickolas and Sutton Polk; and her goddaughter Joanne Patten. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and her own mother.
